Start your Sundays strong with an energising outdoor fitness experience. Begin with a 45‑minute yoga session from 8am, designed to improve flexibility, balance and focus. At 9am turn up the intensity with a high‑energy strength and cardio workout, with a DJ delivering feel‑good tunes to keep motivation high. Join one session or stay for both, tickets are $20 and all fitness levels are welcome.

Experience the magic of movies as the carpark transforms into an open-air cinema! Gather your friends, pack the car or bring a picnic rug and enjoy family-friendly movies at 4pm and movies to suit over 16 years at 6pm. Delicious kiosk treats including popcorn, hot chips, ice-cream and drinks will be on offer. Tickets are $10 per car or $5 per person for walk-ins.

From Saturday 7 to Sunday 22 March 2026, Joondalup Festival will transform parks, lakes and the coast into a vibrant celebration of art, performance and community.

The program features three major free public spectacles: Crystal People, a glowing lakeside installation at Sir James McCusker Park, Iluka; the Australian debut of Acqua Forte Parade at Hillarys Boat Harbour, bringing illuminated floats and pyrotechnics to the water over four nights and The Whale at Tom Simpson Park, Mullaloo, an interactive giant marionette experience.

Alongside these headline events, the festival offers immersive workshops, performances and family-friendly activities across the city. See the full program here.
